My sponsor came up with this idea years ago. Here's the one I made (with a little help). :P

This is what you end up with. Now, just pop in a welder's glove......

.....and voila! At the end of the season, just take out the nasty, old glove and replace it with a new one.

Jones talks about these in her book "Training Birds Of Prey." She calls them overlay gloves. They use them for the Eagles at her center.
