What to treat jesses with?

I use a 50/50 mixture of anhydrous lanoline (ordered online) and neatsfoot oil. Heat mixture in the m/wave for about a min. and smear on. It's always ready to use after mixing, and no further heating req. I use it on the anklets as well and all my braided leash's. Curt

Sounds like a great mix. I won a tub of Jess grease a few years back and have been using that so far, but it won't last forever!
