Rotten day

Well, I started this Moday off well.....I was driving to work when a Mack truck with a fork lift on the bed changed lanes into me and crushed my truck into the wall....I'm fine....tuck didn't fair so well.....The driver of the other truck could barely speak english ....at least my truck took out the tires on his.....FU**ER!!!!!!.....I WANT MY TRUCK BACK!!!!!!

The other driver then proceeded to tell the police that I hit his mostorous cargo hauler and caused him to veer into the wall.......sure I did.....My truck PUSHED and 28,000GVWR truck into a fish tail skid......ok.... ....even the cops called bulls**t on him......

I would be livid and ready to throttle somebody.

So how is the truck? Is it totalled or fixable? It's amazing what kind of damage the insurance companies consider Totalled anymore. All you have to do is put a ding in the side panel and they want to Total it.

I've been told that traffic infractions on CDL's last way longer then on regualar state DL's, if he's ever done anything like this before he's looking at getting his CDL suspended. Ha ha! You can make sure he never drives a truck in Texas again! He just f**ked himself, does that make you feel better?

Nah be compasionate, as long as you get whats rightfully yours no need to take his means of livelihood away from him, after all it was an accident. If he looses his permit just means you all will have to support him on welfare right.

Not sure if the truck is totaled yet...I do know that the passenger door needs relplacing along with the front quater panel, passenger power mirror, front bumper, both front tires(after all the skidding done, I want all four new), the rims on the front need replaceing as they are in pieces, brake lines on the drivers side are damaged and leaking, radiatior is damaged as it is leaking, steering assembly is destroyed from being over turned upon wall impact......and my seat probably needs replacing from the s**t stains I left

But........You are o.k. and nobody is hurt. I find that it is a day or so before I can stop trying to find a hit mans number.

Check the frame and the cross member. If they are bent in any way, welcome to it being "Totalled."

Good thing I found this thread I was about to rip the arms off the foreman and beat him to death with the wet ends. But hey now I don't feel quite so bad. I'm still going to look for a new job and then tell them to stick this one.

Just a quick update on the condition of my truck.....It's still in the shop....They can't seem to figure this stuff out....... I have been in four different rentals so far.....At least my truck isn't getting any miles on now....

cann't they tell buy the mangled front end tat it needs something done? or do they seem to think it's some kind of cool custom fenders.
