Yeah it was a wild bird they hang out near an old church in town. That was a crow but it was about half eaten the coop was about full I think there was another one in a tree just above it looking like it was waiting for leftovers.

I think wease is on the right track here. Of course coops look big when mantling but that is a d**n small crow even if half eaten, and the hawk is miles away from a juvi. red-tail.

Im going to say thats a passage teircel gos or a female coopers, looks exactaly like my femalegos. there is no way that its a RT, the bands on the tail are too big and the tail is too long.

I'm almost 100% certain that's a passage female coops. Looks just like mine did and there's no gos eyebrow. It's most likely sitting on a pigeon.

That's what I'm thinking. Especially juvenile ones, all hanging out together . . . in Indiana. That's a coops.

You asked for it. Here are the pics. The nest had 5 chicks in it. Her name is Turbo Dog. Hopefully this will get everyone off of Morgan's crybaby thread. Turbo Dog first out of the nest @ 8 days old Turbo Dog on day 2 @ 9 days old Turbo Dog at 10 days old
