No way in heck that's anything but a Harris's......the DTK is much smaller, doesn't look even remotely like the bird pictured.....which by the way, looks exactly like a harris......

I have never seen a double toothed kite but I live in Mexico and I can say it is a harris for sure, you would be amazed on the colorations and markings I´ve seen in harris hawks.

im new as well in falconry im not use to master falconry it intrests me i wude like to learn how to tain lol ther are many hawks how can u train in 1 area and train them to soar back to you after and hunt in the gameing prosses like squirels

Looks like a juvie (Roadside Hawk) Rupornis Magnirostris too. Depends of the size. 90% right =) Cose the plumes on your lags.
