Thats why I told him to ask to go hawking and not ask for a sponsor. I was a noob and probably worse off than him.
Zero you can P.M. almost any of us if you have questions. I will give you my phone number if you like. Just send me a p.m. and we can talk all you like. With falconers that you are hoping might someday sponsor you, you usually only get one chance to f up. Here in DFW we are VERY lucky to have the group that we do but let me tell you that the first 8 - 10 calls I made were "sure I'll call you back" or I am not looking to sponsor....Keep in mind that I never even mentioned it.
Just be ready for un uphill battle and don't quit!
