Osprey Richmond VA

Today at around 12:05 PM Saw what appeared to be an immature osprey flying over a residential pond 20 ft. overhead Had binocs in the trunk so got a good view of the bird, Magnificent wing strokes with the osprey trademark bent back wings with white underneath the tips at the end.

Cool! We get quite a few of them around the area lakes. I used to sit on my inlaws balcony at their lake house and watch an osprey hunt and eat in the small cove below us.
