Hello everyone,
I just wanted to get your opinions on if i am ready or not.
1. I have been studying for over a year. 2. I have passed the test with a 90%, when I do it for sure, I plan to pass with a 100%. 3. I have half of my equipment for my kestrel. I just need mews, leash, bath, block and bow perches. 4. My family is in financial trouble, but we should be fine. 5. I have been waiting since I was 8 years old. 6. I feel like this is something that I can't wait any longer to do. 7. I have high school for 8 am to 3 pm every weekday. 8. I am in an air force program which goes from 6:30pm to 9 pm every thursday evening, including search and rescue training and campouts at random weekends.
Please voice your opinions, I really need to hear it! Thanks for your help guys!!! 9.

Ok man, To be honest with you it sounds like you have to much on your plate! But then again so do I. I think you should go ahead and take the test because I believe once you pass the test it is always on record when ever you want to become a falconer. I would incourage you to get involved with a local club and find some one who will sponsor you( if you havn't already). I would also diswaid you from getting a kestrel because of the small hunting weight zone which all small birds have. I would start with a Red-Tail. If you have any more Q's post them and I will try to answer. ~Dustin Look my up at www.learnfalconry.com
