hi all and was informed that peregrine falcons are not available to posess for any class falconer which kinda confuse me far as i understand it is off endangered specie list people are breeding them so is there another falcon like peregrine that a general facloner can posess in the state of louisiana i would like to become an aprentice and work to become general but was more inclined to do longwing not hawks. now before i get bunch of post about i have long way to go i am alrdy aware of that i just feel like when i started training my weimeraniers to hunt and retrieve ducks which they do very well if i couldnt have owned a wiem i would not have purchased a dog . that is why i am trying to find out if there is somthing i am missing cause i see adds for hybrid peregrines that have been breed but my wild life agency say under no circumstacne can any class own a peregrine . plesase respond if there is somthing i am missing or not understanding no peregrine includes even hybrid breed in captivity cause i would like to know this before i invest 2 yrs as aprentice to become general cause longwing like peregrine is my goal thanks
