This gust happen in the past week!
As you may know, I have had a goshawk for sale. Reasion being , I work 10 hours a day so I wonted my imprint gos to go to some one with more time for him , I am very attached to my animals and wont what is best for them and realized I couldnt give him what he needed.
I sold him to a friend for half of with I give, cos I now he couldnt afourd the gos at full price , and less then what I was asking in my post.
I spent the rest of the week makeing calls to different people , looking for a female harris. I had spoken to one person, I will refure to as B***, who I have delt with many times before that had told me he may have a FHH and to contact him later , so I left messages for him to call.
Today B*** called, I told him what I was looking for and he said "No problem" . My 05 hatch FHH will be here at the end of June GREEEEEEEAt!!
Now here it comes! The one I am getting the harris from, B***, tells me he gust perchesed a male goshawk from some one in my aera and ask if I know T**** *****?
This person, T****, has told B*** he had a breed project consting of gyrs, gos and harris , so why had I not bought one from him? And B*** has made a deal with him to perches more birds , mostly the goshawks cos his price was lower then any one ! And that he was hatching 6-8 harris a year, may be he, B***, would be intrested in some of the gyrs if the price was right on them.
I am not one to lie to some one for my benifet and d*m shure not for some one else! so I told B*** the truth to all questions he ask, even thoe the other guy T****, was a friend of mine!
This was my reply and the truth ! T**** has 2 pair of gyr juvies, this year hatch, one pair harris, and only the one male gos I sold him last saturday, witch unbeknown to me had allready recived mony from B*** before I delivered the bird to him.
T**** has hatched only one harris last year, his first from his pair of harris's, a male . The gyrs are to young to hatch anything for at least another year, if then! And if B*** bought the gos , then he has no gos to even start a gos hatch!
The only other hatches T**** has had is a pair of kesterals, not regestered, a pair of screesh owls , for wild relaese, and a barn owl, from a pair which I provided T**** to start with, also for wild release!
I can provide prof through the band number and the individale I purched the gos from.
I have been doing buisness with B*** for 10 yaers and have been treated more then fare, and B*** was ready to set aside a good amount of funds for payment of T***'s gos hatch this year.
T**** has been a friend for 6 years, runs a wild life rehab center and education program as a full time job and only income, which I have , for 6 years, help raise funds, provide food supplies and paid for advertisment from my own pocket.
T**** told B*** not to buy my bird cause it was not fit for any porpose B*** may have plains for! But inturn T**** buoght my bird, then sold it to B*** for above the price I posted to the site!
B*** would have been willing to trade even and we both would have been happy and I would not have had to add additional funds to purches B***'s FHH.
Question: What would you do if you were me ??[/b][/i][/size]

First of all, i would go back and edit that post when you are not so steamed.

Its d**n hard to read.

As i understand it, you sold a gos to someone for half price, and he turned around and sold it to your friend for double that?

Also, if you feel strong enough about this to post it on here, i would suggest NAMEING NAMES. Its not really any good unless you can give us people to avoid in the future.

And, me being me, i would confront both of em at the same time.

Sounds pretty messed up if i read it right.

Caus I have up-comeing buisness with the so called FRIEND I have to hold up on the names for now!!
Sence he has intentions of furture sales of falcons and hawks, when my buisness is over I will deffently give him name out in order to warn any one that might be concedering doing buisness with him!
This is not the first time he has done someting like this!
I put the first encident be hind me , thanking it might have been a mistake.
Four years ago I ask him if he knew where I could get a young harris hawk , in mid season, He sold me one at a bargain price one year old male which he got from some one else. When I findly got the papers stright, I found out it was a 6 year old male that had been in a fire, had never been flown, and the band had been lost at hatch so the bird couldnt be sold and had been shuffeled around from one owner to another with out papers from a retired falconer, who buy the way, give me the truth of the birds history!
Sence he had got the bird from some one else, I put it down as a mistake on his part and returned the bird to him with out compensation! In other words I didnt ask for my mony back!!
As I said I have some present buisness going on with him at the moment , but as sone as thats over I will fill in the blank spots!!!!!!!
For thoes that may be dilling with him all ready , I give this much! hes in Arkansas Intils TY

I was a little up set on the origenal post . I regreet nothing I said , its all true but I try to be honest, fair, and rashional, the later I have not been!
If I go mud slinging mad shouting the guy's name , then I have become no better then HIM.
So I have desided that fro the better good of all, reather then hang out dirty laundry I will ansewer any ones question in privet, if any of you think you may be dilling with or in the future have any dills with a person that may fit the discreption I have allready given.
Note ; I am not angree that he bought my bird and sold it at a higher price , thats only buisness. I was angree with the false pretence by which he bought the bird, I become attach to my animals and thought my bird was going to some one I know would take care of him. Now I dont know who will be gitting him or how he will be treated!
