Congrats on passing inspection! I think that when I get to a place that I'm going to stay I think that I'll use those big R/R ties aswell. Good Idea!

My neighbors just learned to ingnore my hammering in the back yard but most of them think my obsesion with birds is cool, I've never gotten complaints about my pigeons or screaming cockatoo but they did have some issues awhile back with the dog who is silent now don't now what changed? But she wasn't that bad compared to the guys down the street whos dogs bark at everything that moves and occasionaly late at night . Orem seems to hold the unwritten rule of if you don't bug me I wont bug you which is very nice.
