javascript:add("%20???") I completed my mews this weekend. It is a Royal Outdoor Winchester 8X10 PVC vinyl modified shed. With the price of wood right now this shed kit was much cheaper than trying to build a wooden mew of the same size or buying a wood shed kit. I think the smooth vinyl walls will make it a snap to wash and clean out. I added the window and perches. My hawk will be free lofted in the mews after it is manned.

tammy, you need some kind of a double door, what keeps your bird from leaving when you open those big double doors.

Both doors were opened to show the inside of the building. The one side locks in the closed position. I have dog kennel panels that I will be installing in front of the single door with a net over the top. It will also act as my weathering area.

No matter how small you make your opening if you have no safety chamber your bird WILL get out. My good ol pal Murphy says so.
