Astro the perch, add a few perches (can't tell from the pics if there are more than the swing perch) and make sure those conduits can't be spread apart far enough for the bird to get it's head caught in them.

the mews in side is not done yet and i have astro turf for the swing perch and there are others perches two just not pictured
