Can anybody give me any idea on how I can keep my gloves clean without ruining them?

A wet towel wipe down after every use. I do that and do a good cleaning with a scrubby and soap at least every month. Then just oil them up wth something.-Zach

I have cleaned my glove several times by filling it with soap and hot water, scrubbing, rinse and repeat. I then allow it to dry and re-oil it with a leather conditioner.

 I never clean my gloves but I oil them twice a year.
