Alrighty I found the one I was thinking of. I don't really know if it's what you'd call traditional, but it's good enough. Just open your copies of Falconry and Hawking Revised Third Edition by Phillip Glasier and turn to page 256. If you don't have this book, well shame on you, because it is very good on making every thing you'd need.

If you want a cheap falconry bag that is all leather and traditional in style, I can give you some info on it. I have one and it is really nice. i will see if i can post some pics.
