Harbor Freight has a new item, a set of doming taps and a doming block to match. For $29.00 I thought it might be fun to "tinker" with some bells but i can't seem to find any info about how to start out. Any ideas?

I will look into it as I know I saw an article somewhere that explained the methods. It may have been on the International forum.
