Kurt, it is a 512 layer damascus blade and I wish I could forge damascus. I buy my blades from a kinfe making supply house. ET ;D

My brother is a Damascus knivesmith along with being a teacher. If you do a search on Hank Knickmeyer you'll see some of his work. They skipped over me when they were handing out artistic talent. Keep at it, it's a hobby that can more than pay for itself. Kurt

How much for a dagger with a six inch blade with a width of one inch, a handle guard, with a round shaped handle made of horn, blade must be sharpe on both edges.

Austin, you make me proud. I am not good enough to take custom orders yet and am only selling what I have built at the time. It takes me a long time to crank one out and I am not sure when I will get to work on them. Thanks so much for asking me. I will do some daggers in the future. What do you mean by a handle guard? ;D

It's the guard between the hanle and blade to keep you hand from slipping over onto the blade/ I want a dagger for dispatching rabbits, I like the horn look for a handle, can't buy one at a resonable price from commerical dealers much less one with a horn handle.

I never heard it called a handle guard. I will watch for a good dagger blade and send you a picture when I find one. ET

Most people refer to it as a hilt.
