I know this thread isnt what falconry is all about but Iam just curious about what people catch, and where there location is, and what there birds sex is. It just seems interesting to me. Iam not trying to start a bragging thread or make people feel bad or think they are not good at falconry. I just want to know what game is taken more often example squirrels and rabbits?

This is my first season with a female RT. We started hunting the first week of December. As of yesterday, she's gotten 15 fox squirrels and 1 rat. I'm here in Ft. Worth, Texas.
She has chased some bunnies and some ducks, too.

Oct 24 was my 1st free flight with my female RT…we’ve taken 17 rabbits and 1 vole but I unfortunately lost 32 days during the entire month of Dec when she had a bad run in with a stretch of hidden old barbed-wire fence. I guess considering those lost days I feel ok about her head count…we’ve just started trying for doubles and if I can keep her on target I’m hoping to push to 25+ rabbits in the freezer before putting her up for the molt here in the 1st week of March. Congrats RT on the duck...I really wanted to accomplish that for my bird this year but she doesn't show much interest in feathers...I've even bagged her on 2 call ducks but that was like pulling teeth to get a response.
Again, congrats...any pics?
