For game we have white tailed deer, Turkey, some quail, dove, a few wild pigs. Other critters include bobcats, mountain lions, the rare coyote is seen here and there, Jackrabbits and cottontails......as well as skunks, coons, ring tailed cats, porquipines, Opossums and armadillos.

Hey Weasel, I could set you up with a group of hunters from Indiana willing to pay good money for hunting trips to Texas once a year. I think they pay 500 a piece where they go now. Most of them are recurve hunters. One of them builds top quality recurves, might be able to work out a trade for a bow if you would be interested.

Well, First off it's not mine mine.....It's the wifes families ranch. I go down there and help her grandfather to tend to things as he is getting old now and can't do the work he used to. We have 2 sections of land and my wifes cousin who lives across from this ranch has 19 sections of land. I have no authority over who hunts here except for the fact that I can whenever I want. The ranch is in Eldorado Texas...one horse town.....

I have guided and booked hunts off and on for 35 years. I have taken Bear, Elk, Mule deer, whitetail deer, Carmen mountain whitetail, Desert Mule deer, Axis deer, Black buck, Sika deer, Wild boar, Feral hog, Javalina and tons of birds, predators and varmints. I hunt with rifle, muzzleloader, recurve, longbow, crossbow, shotgun, spear and hawk.

I think you are supposed to leave the face for others to do....like, "wow wild ed, you sure hunt with a lot of different weapons, . " See, like that. Anyway, I also hunt with a bow and a rifle, but that is it so far. I would like a caplock and a hawk as well, someday, By the way, I am jealous of all of the game you have taken.
