Looking very good. Your window bars, is that conduit that is painted, or pvc pipe? I could not decide to paint mine or not, but I like the way it looks.

Looking good! We'll have to keep an eye on the height of the perches as they should be set so the birds head is at 2/3 the way up the window. Right now it looks as though they will sit at 1/3 up instead. No big deal, but you will need to watch for the bird bating up to the top of the window area. Cheers, Weasel

Will do weasel! It's no biggie to move them up a bit. As for the spa.... Couldn't fit that in but there's a automatic watering trowl for the sheep ;-) less than 10 feet away.... Tarletonhuntress

I used a good sealent on them and then painted them. The storage shed next door holds all the hog equipment so I wanted to blend it as much as possible so everyone just sees and thinks, "ehh new storage shed."

Wood is easy to break. I though you had decided on EMT conduit

No we weren't able to get any. We tried several stores and was told they weren't getting any in for a month or so (BS i think)Yeah I know the wood can break but considering where it is and the fact that I have several of the farm guys watching it Dad figured wood would do. However I do plan on using conduit down the road...for right now I settled for wood just so we could get the inspection over with sooner. Don't worry Wease, I DO plan on switching it out

What about covering them in pvc? You can split it and slide it on and glue it back. It will last a long, long time that way.
How thick are your rods?
