Anyone here still hunting this season? I am going out again today as I took yesterday off to work on this site. I hope to hunt quite late in the season, but my hoes are quickly going down hill as the heat starts to make it really hard to be in the woods.....  |

hoes??? Heat?  Not sure about the hoes but it's colder than a well diggers ass here in Indiana. Hell it got up to 50 yesterday and we were out in t shirts and shorts...then snowed last night..Like they say..if you don't like the weather in Indiana wait a few minutes and it will change.. |

Oops...Left the P out of that one...It was supposed to be Hopes...It was above 80 degrees here yesterday and the day before, but today is is back down to mid 50's.

I am still hunting till mid march or so took another ctail today, and almost lost my bird when he was on his kill to some jack ass on a dirt bike!!! (i prompltley told him he was on private property and should leave before i started shooting!!! i was pissed)

Hello everyone!
I plan on hunting till the end of this month. It's hard to find stupid squirrels anymore. I think Ruger even got all the stupid squirrels on base. Today I went hunting on base and got some good flights but all the squirrels holed up pretty quickly.

Still cold in Iowa, teens at night 25 to 35 in the daytime. Just lost out snow fall sunday, but believe you me it will snow again. If it gets too hot in texas come up here to Iowa Weasel it's only a 12 hour drive from where you are.

Now that I actually got my bird back, I'm hoping Weasel will let her try to redeem herself in the woods. She'll get a squirrel this time, better yet how bout one of those doodoo brained red shoulders, that would be sweet revenge.
